Welcome to our website. By booking a taxi or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. 🚖 Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.
  • Advance payment may be required for outstation trips or special bookings.

2. 💳 Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online transfer.
  • Full or partial payment must be completed before the trip begins (as applicable).
  • Any extra charges (toll, parking, night charges) must be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.

3. ⏱️ Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations must be informed in advance.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on timing:
    • More than 24 hours: No charge
    • Within 24 hours: Partial charge
    • Last-minute cancellation: Full charge may apply
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time.

4. 📍 Pickup & Waiting Policy

  • Customers must be available at the pickup location on time.
  • Drivers will wait for a limited time (usually 15–30 minutes).
  • Additional waiting time may be charged.

5. 🧾 Pricing & Additional Charges

  • Prices may vary based on distance, vehicle type, and route.
  • Extra charges may include:
    • Toll fees
    • Parking charges
    • Driver allowance (for outstation trips)
    • Night charges (if applicable)

6. 🚘 Vehicle Usage & Responsibility

  • Customers must not damage the vehicle or behave inappropriately.
  • Any damage caused will be charged to the customer.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

7. 🛣️ Outstation Trips

  • For outstation travel, minimum kilometers per day may apply.
  • Driver allowance and accommodation (if required) must be covered by the customer.
  • Multi-day trips must be planned and confirmed in advance.

8. ⚠️ Delays & Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused during the journey beyond our control.

9. 📱 Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate booking details.
  • Any changes must be communicated in advance.

10. 🔒 Privacy Policy

  • Customer information will be kept confidential and used only for booking and service purposes.

11. 📝 Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
